POSCO is an integrated steelmaker that produces steel products such as hot-rolled, cold-rolled, and stainless steel.

On March 1, 2022, as the date of the corporate split, the company was established through a physical division of all steel-related businesses previously operated by POSCO Holdings Co., Ltd. (formerly POSCO).

The company has a crude steel production system of approximately 45 million tons domestically and internationally (based on production capacity), and is promoting various global businesses such as production and sales in 53 countries around the world.

Through continuous innovation and technology development, it contributes to the advancement of humanity, and has been ranked No. 1 for 13 consecutive years (as of 2023) as the “World’s Most Competitive Steelmaker” selected by the global steel analysis institution, World Steel Dynamics (WSD).
