I cannot deny the truth that it is burdensome to be the CEO of a foundry company when the casting industry has generally declined. However, foundry plants in advanced manufacturing countries of Germany, US and Japan have grown together with high-notch industry and developed while sustaining one mainstay of high-notch material industry.
